Pollack/Whiting

These fish are also members of the cod family. They are plentiful around our waters and reach a length of 40cm for the whiting and 50cm for the pollack.
Again as pouting they are both very versatile and the simpler the cooking the better – whole, filleted or as cutlets. Great in fish pies or fish cakes.
